Also, a lot of us have probably had it and didn’t know! 100% positive the mystery illness my mom’s co-worker had around Christmas was COVID-19. Symptoms exactly like it and no doctor could figure it out (negative for the usual suspects, like influenza).

So I agree with you that a lot of people are likely asymptomatic carriers, but at the same time, we haven't seen a spike in elder hospitalizations until very recently. Given how contagious this disease appears to be, and how deadly it is for older people, I highly doubt that this was widespread until recently...

I can either be highly infectious or not. Can’t have it both ways If it was as highly infectious as it is supposed to be but CCP was covering it up for months, then it already has been everywhere.

I’ve been thinking maybe it went around in December. It’s coming back around now and has antibody-dependent enhancement so that’s why governments are freaking out about it. Most people probably have the antibodies for it already

Yep, my boss and his wife both got super sick in the beginning of January. Went to the doctors and doctors couldn't figure out what it was either.

That's me, too. Sick as I've ever been in my life, early Jan. Negative for influenza, Dr said she was shocked.
