Shutting down the World for the cold virus that only kills 0.6% infected according to South Korea? What happened to millions dying?
Our own CDC is reporting 1.2% mortality rate but testing is limited, so only really sick people are getting tested. Once more people are tested, the mortality rate will dip well below 1% in the USA. Probably below 0.0x%.
When this is all said and done, overreaction to COVID-19 will go down as the stupidest moment in modern history. They were right though, millions will die worldwide from the result of unemployment.
You're right... my only counter is that hindsight is 20/20. I promise you the president's retarded epidemiologists came to him and said -Sir, you have to act now or we could lose 1-3 million Americans. That was what was presented. Now, with the passage of time, we know that is not the case, and we'll be getting back to business. But yes, this shit was a retarded waste of money, and the liberal governors are making it worse by going overboard on their state shutdowns.

There was never an ice cubes chance in hell we were going to have that many dead. We will have more people die this year from adverse reactions to drugs than from coronavirus.
