Every company in America is about the bottom line, how can the US Mainstream media operate at a net loss for 5+ years?

I have read that CNN is very popular in other countries. Also anyone who pays for a cable TV / satellite TV bundle with CNN in it is sending money to CNN.

They work with cable networks to get exclusive rights on English speaking channels. As terrible as it is, it's better background noise than some crazy language. That's why many foreigners literally believe they represent Americans political positions too.

This is why Bloomberg ran a campaign.

He funneled nearly a billion dollars to the MSM buying advertising space.

And notice that if you watch news related uploads on Youtube, even if you've blocked Bloomberg related channels, CNN, MSNBC and others, Bloomberg related uploads will still end up forced into your feed.

Little payola based collusion between Alphabet Inc and Bloomberg Media there.

The big media companies are not independent businesses. They are run as an advertising expense of their parent companies.

It's no longer about money for them, same with the tech companies.
