As far as the limit on number of each item... you'd think after a week of limits that the supply would replenish, but it doesn't. Somewhere along the supply chain somebody is skimming off huge numbers, especially of toilet paper, pasta, meat, rice, & flour. Who the heck is doing this?
My grocery store hasn't had flour, TP, and sanitizer or wipes in over a week. Meat is hard to come by too. Idk if it gets cleared out early in the AM by panicked folks or if theres a bigger issue somewhere
