ANnnnnnnd - Anthony Cuomo is on TV now - "We need spoons! This is a crisis! Who chooses who doesn't get spoons when we really need them! YOU tell me who won't get a spoon!" and then, later.....

Reporter: "Govt says they have provided you a supply of spoons."

Cuomo: "Yes, we have the excess spoons in storage."

Reporter: "Why haven't they been sent out to the ones who need them?"

Cuomo: "Because nobody has called needing them."
