Ventilators shall be distributed according to strict quotas with a view to the equitable representation of oppressed minorities, including, but not restricted to, people of color, transgenders, Muslims, and transgender Muslims of color. An extra three (3) points shall be deducted in the case of white males. Any complaints or criticisms by white people of these policies and provisions shall be construed as racist/misogynist/homophobic/transphobic/xenophobic/Islamophobic or a combination thereof, and said white people shall be denied all access to ventilators, masks or any medical treatment whatsoever, and shall furthermore be subject to a fine of one million (1,000,000) dollars for each offense.
