LOL, it was northbound, north of 1300 S in Salt Lake City.

It might be the same billboard that about 6 weeks ago had an announcement about some program: "How Mitt makes money off your personal information" but I believe whoever put that up there was threatened with a lawsuit. Mitt threatens lots of people with lawsuits.
