Both of them did nothing to warn the world. The WHO even went as far as to say human to human transmission of CV-19 was not happening..... As thousands of Chinese people were being infected.
Stopped listening to the WHO late January as it was clear they were protecting China.
Did the WHO want it to spread all over the world? I doubt it. China just gave key figures millions of dollars to turn a blind eye for as long as they could.
