WOW: NY Gov Cuomo updated an executive order Monday to block pharmacists from filling prescriptions for the drug hydroxychloroquine for any uses not approved by the FDA. That means this NY doctor who successfully treated 350 patients w/ COVID19 can no longer prescribe the drug. (twitter.com)
