especially after finding there's already a cheap, widely available drug that cures it

Hydroxychloroquine + azithromycin + zinc supplementation looks incredibly promising, but I wouldn't go so far as to suggest it cures COVID-19.

Based on the limited data set available, it looks like it greatly improves outcomes for people who are just at the start of their symptoms. But, I'm not convinced it substantially changes outcomes for people who happen to be hospitalized. Even Dr. Zelenko's letter, while optimistic, was cautious and mentioned pre-hospitalization treatment.

Ideally, we'd have a wider array of drugs that improve outcomes for very sick people. I don't think we're there yet, but we're close.

Yes, wartime conditions. Biological warfare. Would you have been ragging on Roosevelt for his expenditure on tank production in the middle of WW2?

They can switch parties, but don't let them make the GOP more leftist. These idiots move from California to Texas or North Carolina, and then vote for the very same leftist policies that caused them to move.

My guess is that most of the #WalkAway Democrats lie in the moderate category. No matter how this is looked at, people leaving the left and moving right is a good thing.
