It’s a total dichotomy from his America first rhetoric, IMO. I realize when the employment rate was low, this didn’t catch as much attention. Now that people flipped out about the massive increase to the caps on H1B and H2B’s, they have rolled back some of it.
Eventually, we will be replaced almost entirely by India’s labor in the tech industry.
I did see that illegals don’t get a check. There was something on bringing in workers, though.

Also, looks as if the money will be allocated by the states and the illegals will in fact siphon large amounts of the funding in the stimulus.
