What? No they didn’t. This isn’t universal income, it’s a one time payment. For the billions of dollars they steal from us every year, it’s nice to get back something.
The newly emerging economy won’t be able to handle 25 million people looking for work. The White House is estimating 32 million, but I think 15% is more likely.
Depending on how bad this gets from the first wave of layoffs, we will see the need for more stimulus. Trump has eluded to this multiple times in the last 2 briefings.
Also, Trump may actually have to drop executive orders to continue the building of our own self reliance which might actually result in even more infusions stemming from the government. 2 Trillion is about a third of the problem we face as a nation.
And yet Trump says he is shooting for Easter date for things to be up and running again so let's see.
How long would they even be "looking for work?" Businesses opening back up just need to give their old employees a call. You make it sound like there wont be openings out there.
That’s a pipe dream unfortunately because the local governments have been making their own decisions on the shutdowns.
Also, I personally lost 65% of my business since last Friday and won’t rehire. Not because I don’t want to, but the supply chain that I need to continue will have to rebuild. Many of them have closed up and aren’t coming back. By the time it resurfaces, I will have lost the other 35% of my contracts because I won’t be able to fulfill them. A loan won’t make a difference. This puts me in the position of looking for work when just last week I was an employer.
Multiply this on national scale and it will be years before we recover. Years.
$25,000,000 for house salaries! Thats enough for me. Im done
What do you mean by "70 pieces of silver?"
All the people who were laughing at universal income now pushed it and passed it.

It's like taking less of our income but with more bureaucracy and wasteful spending. YAY!
How is it universal income if it's only for a one time deal until we get back on our feet because we were shut down?
This isnt 12 months worth of Yang Bucks
Yeah, this will not be a one time deal.
