I find this interesting... in Washington State's State of Emergency law which was amended in mid 2019, RCW 43.06.220 in the 2019 notes section there is the following text which is crossed out.
(e)((The possession of firearms or any other deadly weapon by a29person (other than a law enforcement officer) in a place other than30that person's place of residence or business;

The whole state? Its rather big, and there is a lot of difference between Seattle and Spokane, seems the governor forgot the rural part of the state exists... again.
This is clearly an overreaction, and will only happen in blue states where the governor is power hungry and poor at leadership in a crisis.

For now they are utilizing National Guard which consists of our fellow Americans. When they start bringing in UN troops you know shit is about to get real. In the mean time the police and national guard are vastly outnumbered so it's really just a mind game. The public won't stay scared and won't voluntarily stay home forever...
