Can anybody explain to me, how legally they can replace him? At democratic convention? Before?

Thanks,

The DNC argued in court they can choose whatever candidate they want, and won. They'll probably have the delegates pick Hillary (or Cuomo) at the convention.

While outside that court threatening the opposing counsel in that case, Jared Beck and his wife, who were suing on behalf of Bernie Bro’s that didn’t like their donations not being refunded. What county? Oh, just Broward. Epicenter of all their evils.

Isn't that why the batshit side of the spectrum has "superdelegates", for exactly this reason...so they can summarily override the will of their maniacal constituents??

Yes. And hilariously the same idiots keep donating to Bernie and other dem candidates despite Bernie getting robbed last time around. They have the attention spans of goldfish.

It's their primaries. They can do whatever they want. There's nothing based in law behind it. They could just crown someone and it wouldn't matter. The only thing they have to worry about is making their members believe it was a fair process or (if they crowned someone) that the nominee is worthy of being voted for.

They don't even have to convince them it's fair. Just point at Republicans/orange man/white people and screech that not voting democrat means literally Hitler wins.

Through the VP selection.

Cuomo will be a horrible idea. Even people in NY NY absolutely hate him.

If there is a replacement, it will be Hillary.

I doubt it though.

I think they are going to tho' ol' Joe out the race by this finger fucking setup.

He isn't the official DNC candidate yet. He can be disqualified and then they can pick whoever they wish to run. Or they can go the VP route. If they do decide to replace him for whatever reason it will cost them a lot of voters unless they can pick some wunderkid that appeases both sides of the party.

VP variant is too simple, Tucker called him today: "Melting Ice cube ". We can see his decline, worse and worse. Chance more than zero that he will not fully ok to June and what?

If there's one thing the dems are good at, it's not backing down, regardless of whether they make a horrible mistake or not.

Contested convention

The delegates can vote for whoever they want at the convention. That's why they are called pledged delegates. They pinky-promised to vote for their candidate. They are not legally required to.

The DNC does whatever it wants.
