0.01% of pork is all that's in this bill. It's literally nothing compared to the support this will give to the American people and how this will help restart the economy.
While the all started from a virus I honestly believe trump is looking at this as a opportunity. Trump sees Whuhan Flu ahead, hits clutch (quarentines), down shifts economy( Gets Americans to want manufacturing back from China), hit the gas (this bill), pop the clutch (open on Easter) and do a hole shot getting us up to 5% GDP
