They stuffed everything into a bill with the original purpose of repealing excise taxes for so-called 'Cadillac health plans,' or in other words, money for the already-rich. Notice that is H.R. 748 - House Resolution 748. Look at the amendments to get at the 'riders.'

Yes it's Senate amendment 1578 to HR 748, but if you click the S.Amdt 1578 link the Text isn't posted yet.
All the "Final" links I've seen are from NPR, Fox, USA Today etc... and I don't trust those fuckers at all. I guess I will have to keep checking this morning as it passed late.
