Really hope not, because my parents can only get certain items for our business roughly 2 hours away, if we're unable to get that not only do we and several people go unemployed but multiple animals will starve to death

Absolutely no one is getting that fine enforced on them if you do get a lawyer, I've got friends in Louisiana who've been pulled over for driving sick parents to hospitals and pulled over again while leaving, and i know for a fact no one is going to pay shit.
