Trump already knows this. That is why he wants to reopen the economy by Easter. The left want it to drag on for another month or 7. If they are successful in driving his numbers down to the point of him losing, then miraculously the virus is no longer a threat and it was because of proactive governors shutting down their states.

Here's the deal, I don't blame Trump for this, he has to take a threat of a pandemic seriously but I believe this was planned by the Chinese and the globalists to crash our economy. I wouldn't put it past the Chinese to pull other measures before the election like with bonds. I think we've been had but until this is over keep your memory fresh and your anger directed in the right place .

The Chinese and the Democrats 100% are coordinating on this. It's why de blasio told people to go to the Chinese new year celebrations in NY and to fight xenophobia.

This sucks and does hurt, but boy howdy are there a lot of lessons being learned. At some point, a truly terrible disease will come about -- world's full of shitholes.

Silver lining is that this is tremendous practice and we'll be properly ready for the next go around. Since we're not actually all gonna die right now, we will recover bigly.

At least the mortality rate isnt anywhere near what it could be. The scary infectious incubation stage with no symptoms is what terrified the world. That seems extremely man made. I do it every time i play Pandemic because it works. You gotta get your infected rate up then mutate. Duuh.

That part about "proactive" governance being hailed as effective/heroes. That's a big part. Also that 2T to skim off of.

I think Trump's team has probably already come to the conclusion that letting the virus ravage the country and kill 20% of the elderly is better than shutting down all business for 18 months.

When 15% of those people were likely to die anyway this year?

Andy Beshear looking like a hero in Kentucky for this. He's really not even doing much other than locking the state down.

Not giving too much revealing info but I'm IT for the state and we've been bending over backwards following the work from home directives. Our VPN system was overloaded early on and had to be massively expanded, desktops encrypted and set up for home use for people who didn't want to use a laptop or set up SSLVPN on their home computer (2 clicks is hard), tons of stuff. And getting an insane amount of praise for it
