Their approval rating at the end of Obama was <10%. Doesn't really matter though because we keep voting all of them in. Gerrymandering might account for some but it's ultimately on us. If you expect greatness from spoon-fed candidates by the RNC/DNC, you're contributing to the problem. Upwards of 90% of Congress needs to be replaced immediately.
