Major problem with the swamp is that once our reps get exposed to it, most get caught up in it. Wouldn’t it make sense for them to live and work in their own home districts and have Congress meet by a secure teleconference? Keep them from getting sucked into the cocktail party circuit.
I mean, it would be far safer for them anyway given the new normal of pandemic threats.
You would think that such an idea should be mandated by some National Security Act. Should some consideration be given to age, in as much as a considerable number of our esteemed congressional body tends towards Boomer status.
