I think housing is going to "dip" more than you'll see this year... but that's a whole different discussion that I don't want to get into here. But yeah, this wuflu stuff may very well be the tipping point...
Just remember 'meme magick' and that memes/ideas spread like viruses. Good ones and bad. Panic and Hope. They do affect reality. Even if they don't ('magickally') create it from scratch....

Whenever I've looked at occupied houses, they have the owners get lost for awhile. Especially if they have animals.

I have 5 wooded acres, with ravines and a stream. Maybe I should put the place up if bug out places are in demand.
