The people who want to be tested for peace of mind haven't really thought it through. What happens when you test negative and then go about your business for a few days. Unless you're quarantined, you could have caught it since the test.
And there is a global shortage of tests. Unless you are showing symptoms or have known contact with someone infected they won't test you. They will just tell you to stay isolated as much as possible.

Dehydration can cause abdominal pain. I think it can be hard to tell if it’s a symptom of whatever illness, or dehydration from the illness.
