Who's surprised? The media is anti-American. They want bloodshed, death and chaos and they serenely expect to be watching from the other end of the microscope lens when it happens.

Before Tuesday, deaths were to double every 2 days. We don’t know how many people get the drugs there. But something is happening. Doctors will take over policy if they see it working.
