What’s she’s attempting has zero legal precedent, zero legal ramifications, and zero jurisdiction.
Who we need to be focused on is the absolute communist snake that is Dana Nessel, our attorney general.
I was at a private fundraiser put in by my employer, nobody wanted to come so he told us free food. So I went there for a free lunch, and was in small donference room, about 30 of us total and she spoke to us.
I’ve never left a room more terrified of someone holding public office. This woman is an absolute demon.
what you're tyrant Governor and AG are doing has LOTS of legal ramifications! Lots of legal liability, too.
Has any Dr actually had their license to practice suspended or outright revoked due to prescribing HCQ to someone infected with Wuhan flu?
If not then we don't actually know how this will be enforced. Apparently what they're trying to target (in Nevada and NY too) is Drs prescribing hundreds for friends and family that don't have it. That would be hoarding. But the measure isn't written that way.
A supply of 15 pills x .5 g should be plenty to both try the preventative use and use it to fight off if infected. I'd like that much and would be safe going back to work if I had that supply. The real question is in our huge rural areas with Counties with 0 confirmed positive cases, do we risk sending everybody back to work with no tests and no medicine?
I'm in WI and our new D Governor is no better than yours. I'm kinda on the edge of the rural Counties: 32 cases here, one County east 200+, 2 Counties west almost 100, (our Capitol) one neighboring County NW had 0 but now has 2. (No doubt the increase was due to testing rather than recent spread) Once you go past that County the most frequent number of infections in any County is 0 until you get to our left coast.
A tale of 2 cities. Or more accurately, more urban/rural divide. State-wide we were holding at 5 dead for a while, lost 1 more yesterday. Only 1 person recovered. 574 active cases. This represents lots of testing, but what does it say about HCQ use? You guys are almost 2% of people infected dying, 43 dead with 2295 infected. HCQ use is really warranted!
Nevada is now almost 2% dead vs confirmed positive, too. Not a good time to stop using HCQ.
Yeah it’s quite insane
My father is a physician here in a Michigan.

One slight correction:

This is the same bitch that put out that awful "rebuttal" to Trump's SotU address.
surely looks her part.
Next, he'll start an investigation into the thieves that stole the strawberries.
Can governors ban a medicine?
