It was a massive mistake because people can now see Trump and Biden's speeches side by side in the same day. People might not like Trump, but public speaking is one of his strongest traits, and one of Biden's weakest.
If you watch Trump you'll see him read his notes and speak his mind for an hour or two. It sounds natural and genuine and it can be entertaining. Imagine going from that to one of Biden's five minute videos of him staring hollowly at a teleprompter and still fucking it up. That's a rough transition which won't sit well with a lot of people.
But now Biden is basically locked into it. If he quits he looks weak and Trump can call him out, and if he keeps going he will keep looking like an idiot. Biden and the people running his campaign really don't know what they're doing.

The Dem establishment is desperate to get rid of Biden. They're headed to a brokered convention and my guess is that they're going to nominate someone who didn't even run. Right now, their favorite is Cuomo but Cuomo comes with a whole lot of other baggage.

If the Democrats nominate her as their presidential candidate or if Biden chooses her as VP, they're doomed. I believe that although no Dem establishment person or their media lackeys will admit it, the DEMe doesn't want Hillary or Biden. They simply want someone who can defeat Trump but they are too blinded by their own ideology to either understand why Trump won in the first place or to understand, it's their ideology that's losing. They'll pick another loser because they don't know how to win because they don't have a single issue on which they agree with the majority of Americans.
It's amazing they all pushed for him for a year, now they're getting cold feet over things TD has been calling out for years.
But if they did swap candidates, holy shit that would be a nightmare. They wouldn't get any Bernie votes and it would play right into Trump's hand about the DNC being rigged. I hope you're right.
