I haven't looked at the Michigan order, but the order in New York state still allows Hydroxychloroquine to be used to treat the Chinese Virus, but only by hospitals on patients who tested positive for the virus. Your local family doctor can't give you a prescription for Hydroxychloroquine simply because he suspects you might have the virus. It's designed to prevent people from hoarding the drug and supplies from running out.

Waiting until the patient is hospitalized a.) hurts their chances of recovery exponentially while damaging their lungs forever and b) overwhelms hospitals as the drugs are meant to inhibit hospitalization.

This is why the obamacare mandated “patient satisfaction surveys” should be struck down. What incentive is there for a doctor to say look nut case you don’t have corona I’m not writing you a fucking script when that patient’s butthurt survey results in the doctor’s reimbursement being cut as a result. It’s turning Medicine into just another consumer industry

And now the list of Corona symptoms has expanded to include upset stomach and diarrhea. So you're gonna have people thinking they have the virus when really they just have food poisoning they got from a burrito made with low quality ingredients.
