We like foreign movies. We just watch “my sweet little village” about quirky people in a quirky little Czech town. A really great one is “Lives of Others” about life in East Germany under the Stasi. (Angela Merle’s crew) There are also a lot of good independent films, even if the don’t always have the production values. “Safety not guaranteed “ looks like it will be ridiculous, but it actually works. Support these guys rather than Hollywood. Hollywood doesn’t know how to tell a story anymore.
