It's not rational. Read Massie's tweet. He's including the Fed's monetary stimulus of $4B in his $6B which is literally insane not to mention stupid. It has nothing to do with this bill. He also talks about dollar devaluation. He knows NOTHING about forex since currency value is relative. The dollar will remain stronger than other currencies since covid is a global issue. Dumbass fool doesn't get that.
