Todd McMurtry. And that guy is an egotistical asshole just trying to ride GEOTUS's coattails. He thinks that defending Sandman somehow makes him more qualified to be in congress than probably the most reliable vote in the house. He's very much only in it for himself and would be a disaster as a congressman.
