It would be easy to find out one way or the other. Theres something called "The 6 Universal Facial Expressions", and fear is one of them. It also happens to be one of the hardest to fake.
If one was really good at discerning facial expressions, one could simply go back through the footage and see if she is making genuine fear faces or microexpressions.
