Is there anyway President Trump can still do this via a National Emergency or EO? I understand the Democrats will fight it with a stupid lawsuit but I think Donald should do it anyway after the Democrats screwed us over yet again with such useless, pathetic BS with the Kennedy Center, Refugee and I believe 25 million for the House salaries plus other expenses.
