Whenever you try to load a page from thedonald.win, you are actually talking to a CloudFlare server. Normally, they cache content from the (private) backend server.
When you see the "delay" screen from CloudFlare, I think they are redirecting you to another cache server somewhere in the world, in order to distribute the load. But, then the distant cache server has to load your request from thedonald.win before sending it to you.
