Our city uses them as the union for government employees. So SEIU uses union dues to protest our employer and police department. It's fucking pathetic how they are. They constantly text and email ever since the majority of us at the PD opted out of the union. Fucking scumbags.
Funny story: I saw a woman, early 40's cat-lady look, carrying an SEIU backpack in the Denver airport last November, and I just casually walked behind her and said "Trump 2020". I wish I had a camera to save a picture of her face with that perma-disgusted look on it.

I'm also wondering why Obama didn't replenish the supply of N95 masks like the CDC and Homeland Security recommended after the H1N1 pandemic was over. The SEIU says it's restaurant workers were worried, but why would restaurant workers be that worried before March? Where is the evidence that restaurant workers were worried? Phone calls? emails? Minutes from meetings?
Just like Apple had a huge stockpile. Seems many lefties were hiding these things. How long has this been in the works? Hillary was suppose to President right now. Was this part of how she was going to crash the economy, and more?
Also, its worth remembering that Seth Rich died in an SEIU hospital. The same hospital Steve Scalise was taken to after he was shot. I always thought it was an important detail that when Trump visited Scalise, he brought his own personal physician with him. Maybe it's harder to off someone with the Presidents physician looking over your shoulder?
How interesting that something necessary in a disaster ends up stockpiled in a warehouse and forgotten....kinda like all that water we sent to Puerto Rico as part of hurricane relief.
Within 48 hours of painstakingly calling leads and potential suppliers, the union discovered a distributor who had the 39 million masks, and has since found another supplier who says his company can produce 20 million more masks a week. The union also has found a supplier who can deliver millions of face shields.
I can’t comment on the price discrepancy, but they weren’t sitting on a secret stash.
Either the SEIU was hoarding them, or the distributor was hoarding them. Supplier was not identified, so that is a big red flag of a fake supplier.
They say they have no financial interest, but selling a 4x resale price, so at best they are price gouging.
I could see the SEIU hoarding masks to make a shortage, then setting up a fake supplier to hide the fact they already had the masks as there is no valid reason why they would call around looking for suppliers for masks from suppliers who were already making masks.

These are the same N95 masks that are sold at Home Depot for $24 for 20 pack or about $1.29 a piece. These masks were found at a “supplier” who is willing to sell them to the government. The union says they make no money.
Could be that the DOJ was going to pay a visit to the warehouse where Fredo was hoarding all those ventilators while at the same time crying about not having enough.
