nationalize all Chinese investment in all Countries
kick out all Chinese citizens, forbidding them to ever return
disable / destroy their level 4 lab
form a military alliance guaranteeing China never bullies anyone in the south China sea. This is so important because as the world's busiest trade route, they could enrich themselves into being a perpetual world power just by controlling this region and taxing ships. Have a 60 year commitment be an initial short term goal. While we're at it, stop China from overfishing the world's oceans. They've been doing that, enriching themselves at everyone else's expense, and disrupting the most important ecological system on the planet.
