It has been our honor to shift production to make visors for medical staff, first responders, and those in need. We are proud of our employee base who have sprinted to ramp production and we will start shipping next week. The challenge now is that the order demand has currently exceeded our available capacity.
It is for this reason that we are temporarily suspending the intake of new orders until we can work through the current backlog. We feel this is the most responsible path we can take for the community in order to redirect demand to entities that can respond much more quickly than we can at this point in time. We are talking with other manufacturing partners who might be able help with additional production and will list those in our website as soon as they are confirmed. A Bauer Hockey or Cascade Lacrosse employee will contact those who have already inquired about an order.
To further assist with the demand we have created a manufacturing package including design, materials specs and instructions that we hope will help inform the direction of other companies to also help with the demand.
As new information or production capacity becomes available, this website will be updated so please check back.
