I prefer Longhorns Steakhouse because their Flo's Filet is really good, but I will hit Texas Roadhouse now because.... America!

Longhorn brings me a delicious, perfectly cooked medium rare steak every time. Roadhouse always overcooks the shit out of it, so I quit going there.

Logan's Roadhouse is the worst by far. I asked for medium rare and they said "sorry we're out of medium rare".

Yes. That's what they told me when I questioned how the fuck they would be out of medium rare. Said that they cook them up to a certain stage, then slap it back on the grill when ordered to bring it up to how the customer ordered it.

Can't stand Logan's tbh.

I always felt it was Texas Roadhouse's little retarded brother who wanted to play.

Figure they'd be out of rare, before med rare - smh.

Next time maybe ask for not really all that rare at all, or a "quite common".

I like Texas Roadhouse, but I hate the wait time.

Such a popular place here in San Antonio, and there are only 2 locations that I know of.

Salt-grass comes second, only if the wait is too long in Texas Roadhouse.

Salt Grass is horribly overpriced and they store their butter in the same fridge as their cut onions so the butter tastes of onion. The phenols in onions are lipid soluble so butter will pick up onion flavor really easily in a contained environment. When you make cooking 101 mistakes like that, I have to wonder what other mistakes you're making.

They're condescending and dismissive every time I complain about it, so I stopped going.

I agree that they are overpriced, but from my experience, the food isn't bad.

Had their Texas Red Fish the other day and it was on point.
