I lived in Los Angeles for 4 years in a tiny one bedroom apartment with like, 500 other people smashed on top of me. Now I live in TN. Still have illegals, but at least I can have a house with a yard and some goddamn breathing room. You can get a decent 3 bedroom here for about $200K.

Yea that sounds way better, in Cali you can get a crap 2bed 1bath for $500K
