Nah, just a few trillion dollars and a little bit of martial law that ends the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 14th amendments. No biggie.
But it doesn't "end" those things. I think you're right to be suspicious and concerned, but these haven't ended. We're in an extraordinary situation. It's only been two weeks. Even if it ends up being two months...that's really a blip on the radar. If they're still doing this stuff when the virus threat has passed, I'll be right here with you, but as of yet, I think it's a little premature to be talking about the total collapse of the American way.
