GM is and has been a sell out - This is why Trump put them first on the list for the National Defense takeover. Not sure how this impacts their overseas operations and structure, but I had no idea this was going on to such a scale.
One of the biggest pieces of evidence is that even though GM sells more cars in China now, the profits from China are less than 1/4 of their North American profits. But instead of trying to protect that market and keep it to themselves, GM is trying to import as many cars as they can from China to share the NA market with their Chinese partners. Of course CEO Mary Barra was an Obama appointee during the last days of government ownership, but there is more to it. GM is a Chinese controlled and run company.

Good find OP! I wonder how much access Navarro will have to the accounting and legal records? He could root out deals that violate trade laws and implicate executives in selling out America! Good times!!
