Can someone answer this for me please? I made an account because i cant find an answer anywhere and TD on reddit is empty
I am 24 and a cancer survivor. I go to college full time and my only income is IHSS for my grandmother. I make approximately 6-8k a year and have never filed taxes because im under the income limit and its also non taxable.
Am i still going to get the Trump stimulus check. My dad also doesnt make enough money to report for taxes and so we are confused. We also dont have the money to PAY taxes because of my familys health issues...so even 10% of 8k is still a lot to pay for someone like me. Can anyone advise me on what i actually need to do?
My dad is saying (and we dont like obama) he didnt have to do anything to get the money from that stimulus. Hes saying i should wait to file my taxes until trump says to. Do you think i should wait?

Thanks. I hope they can maybe waive the 10% tax for me. Otherwise i have to use my aid to pay off the taxes first haha.
