Rivera is correct about Patton but with how it ended for Patton, I'm not sure if I'm comfortable with that analogy.

Patton was murdered because he wanted to steamroll right to Moscow. He knew the Soviets couldn't be trusted and he was right. If George Patton got his way the cold war wouldn't have happened, and potentially Korea and Vietnam wouldn't have happened.
