I’ve written off “sustainability” as a SJW buzzword, but is that right? Maybe if our production was better we would be encouraged to have hubs globally vs using China as a singular source (& lynchpin) to so many industries.
If we don’t take some responsibility for more production, we can only bow to Chinese dependency.
Also, need to payoff / reduce our, largely Chinese backed, National Debt. If we owe them money they still have sway.
