Patients who do have COVID-19 are put under CDC Quarantine, you aren't even allowed to leave your room (and those that came with the patient are also locked in the room). That being said, the numbers and these empty Emergency Waiting rooms are a good sign. Maybe this shit is dying down.

Cuomo and the SEIU are pieces of shit for hoarding tax payer funded Medical Supplies.
