Please not South Jersey. They have few cases and people cross state lines to PA and DE frequently just as a normal course of life. This would be a huge disruption and cause more problems than it would solve here.

Leiloni Ocean County has a hotspot. More infections in one town than in all of Milwaukee. Spring breakers from NJ have already spread this to my rural area of WI. We're containing it. Most Counties from here west all the way to the left coast have 0 cases.

NJ is only included because the NYC metro area is impossible to control. I was born in NJ and lived there for many years. I know the metro areas including Philly have massive interstate commuting and commerce. Allowances will be made.
What we mainly need is a supply of medicine to everybody. 15 pills of HCQ is enough to use both as a preventative and a cure if you get infected. That requires 5 billion. We have millions, with production restarted in WV and ready to ship in April. I have no idea how much z pack we've got but I wouldn't want to take that as a preventative measure.
