Opening stuff back up should be concurrent with getting people a supply of HCQ, IMHO. 15 pills is enough for both preventative use and to get you through if you do catch it. Can't we do that? If you get really sick go to Dr and get z pack and maybe a little more HCQ. I have no idea how our supply of z pack is.
There are no major problems in Chicago or IL.
