No. CA is a beautiful state. Maybe just a big tsunami that comes in and washes away all the coastal leftists should do it. Leave all the based people in the Central Valley, northern and mountain areas to take it over.

One solution (already done by President Bill Clinton in Utah): declare the entire coast and 20 miles inland a national preserve. Current residents have life lease, but no new property ownership.
