There is NO legal basis or precedent to shut down even one whole community. Tons of legal liability though.
Can reduce restaurants and bars to takeout / delivery / curbside only. I have no objections to this, think it's really sensible, and am proud of my fellow countrymen for being ingenious about how to do this.
Shutting down theaters hurts me; I'm a musician. Also a really sensible measure. Gatherings of 10 or more? Any number is arbitrary. Less supportive but no strong objection for 15 days.
Whenever bars are allowed to reopen here in WI it's going to be CRAZY! I will continue to self-isolate through that.
