New York just delayed their primary. If other states follow suit, it's possible there isn't a majority of delegates to nominate Biden. This leads to a Contested Convention where they can find someone other than Senile Joe. Cuomo is auditioning for the roll as we speak.

Cuomo seems to be the current chosen one for the Dems. A Cuomo/Harris ticket in November is my prediction.

I think if the Convention is Contested the DNC can choose anyone. He doesn't have to run.
