I don't think Bush 41 was that way at Biden's current age.

These people don't just suddenly turn into dirty old men. They're already dirty, but when they get older they forget that they're supposed to hide it.
That's a good point. But still, Bush 41 scores a 1/10th point for hiding it. Biden can't even do that.
