That death count is inaccurate because it makes no effort to rule out people who would have died anyway from their own morbidity condition and or already high risk for seasonal influenza. 89 years old and died of cancer, but had a mild sars-cov-2 infection....
When all this is done the morbidity statistics, which cannot be hidden without some huge coverup, will show that actually LESS people died this year in the USA, Italy, etc from seasonal viruses. I know someone working on that documentary as we speak.
